2/16/2012

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY ARREST - Unit block of S. Manor Ln. reported at 2:10AM. While on patrol, police observed a vehicle which was reported stolen. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 40 year old female driver from Yardley, PA for receiving stolen property.

2/14/2012

DRUG ARREST – Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 4:10PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 22 year old male driver from Fairless Hills, PA for possession of drug paraphernalia.

THEFT – 400 block of Honeysuckle Ct. reported at 4:10PM. Complainant reports that unknown person(s) removed recycle bin. Total value $20.00.

2/13/2012

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Wine & Spirits reported at 2:06PM. Complainant reports that on 2/10, a white male entered the store and concealed a bottle of alcohol under his sweatshirt. The male then paid for another bottle of alcohol and left the store without paying for the concealed item. A license plate check was initiated. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 21 year old male from Yardley, PA.

DRUG ARRESTS:

500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 2:52PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 21 year old male passenger from Trenton, NJ for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:18PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old male passenger from Langhorne, PA for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

2/12/2012

THEFT – 1700 block of N. Dove Rd. reported at 3:16PM. Complainant reports theft of CD case containing approximately 25 CD’s. Total value $300.00.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 7:32PM. Loss Prevention detained an 19 year old female from  Levittown, PA for taking $44.00 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

2/10/2012

THEFT ARREST – 800 block of Queens Dr. reported at 9:47AM. Complainant reported theft of a camera bag from the front lawn and observed a pick-up truck driving away from the scene. Police stopped the pick-up truck and further investigation led to the arrest of the 50 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for theft and receiving stolen property.

BURGLARY - Unit block of Crown Terrace reported at 11:41AM. Complainant reports that sometime between 1/22-2/10, unknown person(s) forced entry through a rear window and removed a bottle of vodka and a gold bracelet.

2/9/2012

DUI ARREST – 300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:36AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 24 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for driving under the influence.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT  – Garey Dr. & Ramsey Rd. reported at 2:10PM. Police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle at the location. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The 51 year old male passenger from Philadelphia, PA was cited for disorderly conduct.

DRUG ARREST – 100 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:35PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 25 year old male driver from Levittown, PA for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

2/8/2012

DRUG ARREST AND FALSE ID TO LAW ENFORCEMENT - Ferry Rd. & Michael Rd. reported at 1:35PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 25 year old male passenger from Trenton, NJ for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement.

DUI ARREST – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 9:48PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 53 year old male driver from Morrisville, PA for driving under the influence.

2/7/2012

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 1:33PM. Loss Prevention detained a 56 year old female for taking $57.70 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

2/5/2012

ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST – Unit block of W. School Ln. reported at 12:17AM. Police responded to the report of a hit and run accident. Police were able to trace the license plate to a residence on S. Crescent Blvd. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 19 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for driving under the influence, underage drinking and leaving the scene of an accident.

DUI ARREST – Yardley-Langhorne Rd. & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 3:10PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 26 year old male driver from Langhorne, PA for driving under the influence.

2/4/2012

WANTED PERSON - Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 12:23PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 43 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA for counterfeit inspections stickers and driving with a suspended license.  A records check indicated that the male was wanted out of Lackawanna County. He was taken into custody, processed, arraigned and sent to BCP on $10,000 bail.

DUI ARREST - Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:50AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 24 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA for driving under the influence.

2/3/2012

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block of Pine Ln. reported at 5:09PM. Complainant reports that sometime today, unknown person(s) smashed the front passenger window. Only change missing at this time.

FALSE ID TO LAW ENFORCEMENT - Willow Pond Dr. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 10:29PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 23 year old male passenger from Trenton, NJ for false identification to law enforcement.
