500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 12:08AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 32 year old female driver from Trenton, NJ for driving under the influence.

Heacock Rd. & Covington Rd. reported at 11:39PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 51 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for driving under the influence.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - Stony Hill Rd. & Township Line Rd. reported at 12:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 24 year old male driver from Morrisville, PA was cited for disorderly conduct.

FRAUD/THEFT - Unit block of Glenolden Dr. reported at 6:45PM. Complainant reports two unknown males knocked on the door and convinced an elderly couple to pay $1,000 for roof work they did not need. It was later discovered that the actors also stole an additional $400 while inside the home.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY & CONSPIRACY ARREST - Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of several sewer grates in the back of the pickup truck. The two men were taken into custody. The 23 year old driver from Levittown, PA was found to be wanted out of Philadelphia, PA and was on probation out of Bucks County. He was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, false identification to law enforcement and traffic violations. The 24 year old male passenger from Levittown, PA was found to be on parole out of Bucks County. He was charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Both males were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.

THEFTS:

2600 block of Sterling Rd. reported at 2:00PM. Complainant reports theft of jewelry valued at $5,900 within the last three weeks.

600 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Rite Aid reported at 1:40PM. Complainant reports theft of 1 bottle of Oxycodone valued at $156.99.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY – 700 block of Township Line Rd. reported at 7:21PM. Complainant reports an attempted burglary at the location. The actor was last seen running out of the main entrance of the building.

DRUG ARREST – Rt. 332 & I-95 reported at 9:37AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 26 year old male driver from Jamison, PA for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

THEFTS:

200 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 1:03PM. Complainant reports theft of 30 aluminum forms valued at $9,000 sometime overnight.

2200 block of Dawn Ln. reported at 1:25PM. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed approximately $3.00 in loose change.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 6:40PM. Loss Prevention detained a 19 year old female from Langhorne, PA for taking $98.32 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

RETAIL THEFTS:

1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 2:24PM. Loss Prevention detained an 18 year old female from Levittown, PA for taking $27.40 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

100 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at CVS reported at 5:02PM. Complainant reports a white male with brown hair in his 40’s removed a CVS pricing gun from the store.

DUI & DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 2:54PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 22 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA for driving under the influence and possession drug paraphernalia.

DUI & DRUG ARREST – 700 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 11:53AM. Police responded to a suspicious person call. Police located and stopped the vehicle. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and the 24 year old female passenger from Yardley, PA for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

THEFTS:

1500 block of Revere Rd. reported at 7:16AM. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet containing credit cards and approximately $350 USC.

1500 block of Clark Dr. reported at 1:39PM. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) removed a Christmas decoration from the lawn.

1500 block of Stapler Dr. reported at 8:49AM. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) destroyed a plastic Santa and an electrical box.

DUI ARREST – I-95 & Taylorsville Rd. reported at 4:17AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 46 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for driving under the influence.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2000 block of Dawn Ln. reported at 8:09AM. Complainant reports that sometime between 12/20-12/22, unknown person(s) removed a strand of Christmas lights valued at $10 from the garage window.

THEFT – 500 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at the Matrix Development reported at 9:00AM. Complainant reports theft of approximately 20 aluminum forms valued at $6,000 sometime overnight.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 5:30PM. Loss Prevention detained a 47 year old female from Levittown, PA for taking $132.38 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

FALSE ID TO LAW ENFORCEMENT – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 9:48AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 51 year old female driver from Morrisville, PA for false identification to law enforcement.

DRUG ARREST - Yardley-Morrisville Rd. & E. School Ln. reported at 1:32AM. Police on patrol conducted a pedestrian stop. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 18 year old male from Yardley, PA for possession of a controlled substance.

DUI & DRUG ARREST - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. reported at 2:08PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 29 year old male driver from Bristol, PA for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

THEFT – 500 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 7:01PM. Complainant reports that unknown person(s) forcibly entered the vehicle and removed a purse. It was later discovered that the actor charged $700 to a credit card.

THEFT ARREST – 2000 block of Yardley-Morrisville Rd. reported at 7:57PM. Police responded to a report of 2 males throwing bags of leaves into the roadway. Police made a pedestrian stop on 2 males who fit the description. Further investigation led to the discovery of a large quantity of mail that did not belong to them. An 18 year old male from Levittown, PA and a 17 year old male from Bensalem, PA were arrested for theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct and underage drinking.

1900 block of S. Crestview Blvd. reported at 11:34AM. Complainant reports that unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence by breaking a window pane on the side door. Nothing reported missing at this time.

100 block of Acorn Dr. reported at 4:00PM. Complainant reports that unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence through the garage door. Victim reports money and jewelry missing at this time.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 4:30PM. Loss Prevention detained a 17 year old male from Levittown, PA and an 18 year old male from Levittown, PA for taking $300.00 worth of merchandise without paying. They were taken into custody by police.

THEFT - 700 block of Sandy Run Rd. reported at 11:00AM. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) removed a Boss snow plow from the property.

ATTEMPTED THEFT – 200 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 8:08PM. Police responded to the call of a suspicious vehicle at the construction site. Police arrived to find an unattended pickup truck loaded with aluminum forms. The vehicle was impounded by police.

THEFT - 1600 block of S. Crescent Blvd. reported at 11:20AM. Complainant reports that unknown person(s) stole Christmas lights off a tree on the property sometime between 12/15-12/16.

BURGLARY 100 block of Knightsbridge Dr. reported at 2:04PM. Complainant reports that sometime between 11:00AM-1:00PM, unknown person(s) entered the home through a rear window and removed a fire safe, several electronics and jewelry.

DUI ARREST – 900 block of Putnam Dr. reported at 6:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 26 year old male driver from Southampton, PA for driving under the influence.

DUI ARREST – I-95 & Taylorsville Rd. reported at 3:34AM. Police responded to the call of a possible drunk driver in the area. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 39 year old female driver from Levittown, PA for driving under the influence.

BURGLARY – 600 block of Saxony Ln. reported at 8:20PM. Police recovered property belonging to the victim found on the roadway. Upon arrival at the residence, police found a broken window and the front door slightly ajar. The residence was cleared by police and K-9. Police also found a ransacked bedroom. It is unclear what is missing at this time.

DUI & DRUG ARREST – Rt. 332 & I-95 reported at 11:55AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38 year old male driver from Doylestown, PA for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – River Rd. & Ferry Rd. reported at 9:40PM. Police on patrol observed 3 males standing around a vehicle at the boat launch. Further investigation led to the discovery of a glass smoke pipe. An 18 year old male from Yardley, PA took ownership and was cited for disorderly conduct.

HIT & RUN ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd. & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 7:58AM. Police responded to the report of a hit and run accident at the location. Further investigation led to the identity of the driver, a 38 year old male from Yardley, PA. A summons was issued.

THEFT – 1100 block of Roelofs Ct. reported at 5:45PM. Complainant reports theft of package from the porch area of the residence.

VEHICLE THEFT – 2000 block of Polo Run Dr. reported at 5:20AM. Complainant reports theft of his 2007 green Jeep Wrangler sometime overnight.

THEFT – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 8:34AM. Complainant reports theft of $3,000 worth of aluminum sometime overnight.

BURGLARY – 800 block of Slate Hill Dr. reported at 9:57PM. Complainant reports that sometime between 8:30PM-9:00PM, unknown person(s) entered the home through an unlocked garage and removed $7,000 worth of jewelry.

THEFT - Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 3:18PM. Complainant reports theft of $20,000 worth of aluminum since 12/12.

ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS. Complainant reports an unknown black female set off the alarm. When confronted, the woman fled in a white Ford Focus with Massachusetts tags.

FALSE ID TO LAW ENFORCEMENT – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 4:27PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 34 year old male passenger from Trenton, NJ for false identification to law enforcement.

AUTO ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST - Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 11:50PM. While on routine patrol, police observed a vehicle swerving in and out of the lane which then struck another vehicle while approaching the red traffic signal. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 22 year old male driver from Hillsborough, NJ for driving under the influence.

THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Starbucks reported at 4:10PM. Complainant reports theft of a wallet left in the bathroom.

RETAIL THEFT - 1600 block of Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s reported at 5:25PM. Loss Prevention detained a 17 year old female, a 41 year old female and a 24 year old female all from Philadelphia for taking $364.95 worth of merchandise without paying. The two (2) adult females were taken into police custody. The juvenile female was cited for retail theft.

On this date, the Lower Makefield Township Police Department arrested Derrick Warren, age 36, of Lower Makefield Township for Terroristic Threats M-1, Defiant Trespass M-1, Stalking M-1, Harassment M-3 and Disorderly Conduct M-3. He was sent to Bucks County Prison.

This incident matched the description of an event that happened on 11/21 at 3:00AM. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 47 year old male from Levittown, PA for disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, public drunkenness and soliciting without a permit.

During the stop, officer observed what appeared to be stolen baby formula in the vehicle. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 30 year old male driver from Langhorne, PA for retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. The passenger, a 30 year old male from Feasterville, PA was arrested for retail theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and providing false identification to law enforcement. He was also wanted out of Lower Merion and Philadelphia.

THEFTS – 500 block Countess Dr reported at 7:25AM. Resident reports finding paperwork for a vehicle, an empty sunglass case and Samsung cell phone by the residence. The owner was located and reported that the vehicle was left unlocked overnight. The sunglasses are missing from the case and are valued at $100. A blackberry cell phone case and another empty sunglass case belonging to another resident were found and returned.

UNDERAGE DRINKING Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 2:23AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation resulted in the issuance of a citation for underage drinking to the 20 year old male passenger from Levittown, PA.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 Big Oak Rd. reported at 10:10PM. Loss Prevention detained a 34 year old female from Bordentown, NJ for taking $28 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.

DRUG ARREST – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 9:32PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 27 year old male driver for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

ATTEMPTED THEFT – 700 block of Matthew Dr. reported at 8:40AM. Complainant reports that sometime overnight on 5/16, unknown person(s) attempted to remove a CD player from the vehicle. The faceplate was taken.

THEFT – 600 block of Arbor Ct. reported at 3:37PM. Complainant reports theft of a concrete lion statue from the residence. Total value $800.

The complainant also reports 4 windows broken, fire extinguishers were sprayed throughout the building, new ceiling tiling was ripped down and red pain was splattered all over the walls.

DUI ARREST – 700 block of Stony Hill Rd. at the Giant supermarket reported at 10:34PM. Police responded to the location for a disorderly female. Upon arrival, the female had left the store but was driving erratically in the parking lot. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 26 year old female from Philadelphia for driving under the influence.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1000 block Plowshare Dr reported at 10:00AM. Resident reports that an unauthorized Citizens Bank account was opened with their personal information.

THEFT – Waltham Ct and Covington Rd reported at 9:56AM. Complainant reports that roofing shingles valued at about $1,000 was taken between 5/7 and 5/9/11.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Schuyler Rd Pumping Station reported at 7:30am. A township employee reports that a 10 foot section of fence was cut and an electric meter cover was taken. Damage to the fence is estimated at about $350.

5900 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 9:57AM. Resident reports that sometime overnight someone keyed the side of the vehicle causing about $500 in damage.

2300 block Yardley Rd reported at 11:10AM. A motorist reports that a white or silver vehicle occupied with 4 teenage boys threw eggs at this vehicle causing about $15 in damage.

Edgewood Rd and Gainsway Rd at 12:35PM. A motorist reports that at about 11:35AM a grey colored vehicle occupied by 4 juvenile males threw eggs at his vehicle.

RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept Store, reported at 6:50PM. Loss Prevention detained a 30 year old female from Hillsboro, NJ for taking over $300 worth of merchandise. She was taken into custody by police.

ATTEMPTED THEFT – 1900 block Park Dr. reported at 4:04AM. A resident reported a theft-in-progress from a vehicle. The resident yelled at the suspect who is described as being about 5’9” in height and wearing a dark colored hoodie, no further description is available. The male then fled on foot from the location. Police did observe some physical evidence at the scene and it appears nothing was missing from the vehicle.

RESIDENTIAL FIRE / ARSON – 1000 block Creamery Rd reported at 4:18AM. Resident reports that the front of the home; the porch area was set on fire by someone. LMTPD and the Fire Marshal are actively investigating this incident and ask that if anyone has information or observed anyone suspicious or a vehicle in this area to please call the Lower Makefield Twp Police Department Detective Bureau at 215-493-4055 or the tip line at  267-274-1161.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 100 block Taylorsville Rd reported at 12:09PM. Police responded to an active alarm system at a residence. Upon investigation police found forced entry to the home via a rear window. Jewelry and a laptop computer were taken. Several other residential burglaries were also reported in Newtown and Upper Makefield Townships. The suspect involved is described as being in his mid-40s, crew cut, 5-foot-11, about 170 pounds. He was last seen operating an older model dark blue vehicle.

THEFT BY DECEPTION – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s Dept Store reported at 2:36PM. Loss Prevention reported at a person wrote a bad check in the amount of $173.36 for merchandise.

THEFT – Big Oak Rd at the Exxon Station reported at 6:49AM. An employee reports that sometime overnight someone forced open an exterior soda machine and taking about $200.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Edgewood Rd by Oxford Valley Rd reported at 10:08AM. A motorist reports that on 5/1/11 at about 9:00PM someone threw eggs at the vehicle causing about $20 in damage.

WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:47PM. Police stopped a vehicle and further investigation and a records check indicated that the 22 year old male from Worchester, MA was wanted on a warrant from Gwinnett County, GA.

DISORDELRY CONDUCT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:47PM. On the same stop as above, an occupant of the vehicle a 19 year old male from Philadelphia was charged for the possession of drug paraphernalia.

RETAIL THEFT – 635 Heacock Rd at the Wine & Spirits Shop reported at 9:00AM. A store employee reported that three bottles of Vodka valued at $95.97 were taken on 4/27/11.

THEFT – 1700 block Ashbourne Dr reported at 11:34AM. Resident reports that sub-contractors were working at the residence and a neighbor caught a worker inside the home. $2000 worth of miscellaneous jewelry items are missing.

1300 block Woodside Rd reported at 8:05AM. A phone cellular company employee reports that about $3,000 worth of copper piping was taken from the tower site.

400 block Robbins Ct reported at 10:00AM. Resident reports that storage bins containing children toys valued at about $1,000 were taken from a shed, possibly on 4/23/11.

 

DRUG ARREST – Big Oak Rd and Rita Rd at 12:07AM. Police stopped a vehicle and further investigation revealed that the 19 year old male driver was in possession of marijuana & drug paraphernalia.

DRUG ARREST – River Rd at Kathy Dr at 12:40AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 18 year old male from Trenton, NJ was in possession of drugs. He is also being charged with providing false information to conceal his identity.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE – 600 block Kathy Dr reported at 7:29AM. Police were advised of an abandoned auto and further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Philadelphia in September 2010.

1000 block Stony Hill Rd at the Hampton Inn reported at 7:59AM. Victim reports that their vehicle was entered by force and the interior ransacked, nothing appears missing.

VEHICLE THEFT – 1100 block Woodside Rd at the Park-N-Ride, reported at 4:00PM. Victim reports that a landscape trailer loaded with lawn equipment valued at about $7,700 and bearing P.A. registration plate was taken from the parking lot area. The theft occurred between 9:00AM and 4:00PM.

THEFT – 590 W. Trenton Ave at the CVS reported at 5:17PM. Victim reports losing an ATM card. Person(s) subsequently used the card to purchase $143.90 worth of merchandise at the CVS.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1200 block Bridle Estates Dr reported at 12:03PM. Resident reports the unauthorized use of a MasterCard at Nordstrom’s. Purchases totaling $346.13 were placed on the card and the order was shipped to Ohio.

THEFT – 1400 block Hidden Pond Dr – Resident reports that sometime on 4/9/11 the unlocked vehicle was entered and a GPS valued at $250 was taken.

DUI ARREST – Heacock Rd at 4:44PM. Police received a report of a DUI driver and further investigation led to a vehicle stop and a 61 year old male from Yardley was arrested for driving under the influence.

ASSAULT ON POLICE ARREST – SR-332 and I-95 at 1:55PM. Police responded to the report of theft in progress from Newtown Township. The suspect vehicle was seen fleeing toward I-95 from Newtown. LMTPD observed the suspect vehicle and attempted to stop it. The male driver of the suspect vehicle, later identified as a 20 year old from Philadelphia struck a LMT Police vehicle and a pursuit was initiated. The pursuit came to an end on I-95 in Middletown Township after the suspect vehicle struck an object and flipped over. The driver was taken into custody by police and LMTPD was assisted by area law enforcement agencies. The male is facing charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangering, Fleeing and eluding police, vehicle theft and other various motor vehicle violation charges.

DUI ARREST – Stony Hill Rd and Big Oak Rd at 12:13AM. Police were on location at a traffic post and observed a vehicle drive around “Road Closed” barricades. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old male from Newtown, PA for driving under the influence. Police also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, further charges are pending.

RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at the CVS Pharmacy, reported at 1:20PM. Store employees reported that $27 worth of merchandise was taken without payment. A 41 year old female from Yardley, PA was taken into custody by police.

Further investigation led to the arrest of the 27 year old male driver from Yardley, PA for driving under the influence. Police also found drug paraphernalia and heroin baggies inside the vehicle, further charges are pending.

THEFT – 1500 block Derbyshire Rd reported at 4:15PM. A cell phone valued at $250 was reported taken.

DUI ARREST – Old Oxford Valley Rd by Big Oak Rd at 12:41PM. Police responded to a traffic accident and further investigation led to the arrest of a 24 year old female from Levittown for driving under the influence. Police also found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

DRUG ARREST – West Trenton Ave at 2:14PM. Police stopped a vehicle and further investigation led to the arrest of a 21 year old male from Morrisville, PA for possessing marijuana and related drug paraphernalia.

RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Wine & Spirits Shop, reported at 3:16PM. A store employee reported that a person removed a bottle of Grey Goose on 4/9/11 and 4/10/11. The alcohol is valued at $61.98 and the male actor was described to be in his mid 40’s, 6’ in height, brown hair and last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans and black sneakers.

Roelofs Rd at Oxford Valley Rd reported at 10:11AM. Township property at the recreation fields were vandalized overnight. Person(s) used an axe to completely sever a support column to the pavilion and also damaged another support column. Damaged is estimated at over $200.

THEFT – 600 block Heacock Rd at McCaffrey’s Supermarket reported at 3:51PM. A customer reported that a credit card type wallet containing 6 credit cards was removed from a purse while shopping.

DRUG ARREST - Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 5:29PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle and further investigation revealed that the two male occupants age 21 from Levittown and age 20 from Fairless Hills, PA were in possession of marijuana.

DRUG ARREST – SR-332 and Stony Hill Rd at 11:26AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle and further investigation revealed that the 35 year old male from Tamaqua, PA was in possession of marijuana.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE – West Trenton Ave and Big Oak Rd at 4:00AM. Police recovered an unoccupied reported stolen vehicle. The vehicle was originally reported stolen out of LMT on 4/4/11.

ARREST – Shane Hare of Lower Makefield Twp was arrested by Detectives on 4/1/2011 and is being charged with forgery, theft and access device fraud following an investigation of numerous thefts from vehicles that have occurred over the past few weeks. Visit here for more information

VEHICLE THEFT – 1000 block Buckingham Way reported 4:21PM. Resident reports that between 4/2/11 and 4/5/11 the garage was entered and a black 2011 Infiniti M37 with PA registration was taken. The vehicle did not have the keys inside. The vehicle was recovered on 4/6/11.

WANTED FUGITIVE – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 3:19PM. Police stopped a vehicle and a records check revealed that the 22 year old male from Philadelphia was wanted on warrants out of Lehigh County. This was established after the male gave police false information as to his real name. He was taken into custody for the warrants and charges for providing a false name to police are pending.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 900 block Overton Ave reported at 8:15AM. The homeowner reported that the residence was entered sometime overnight. A rear basement window was forced open and at this time it appears electronics have been taken.


ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Arborlea Ave reported at 12:31AM. The homeowner who was at home reported hearing a noise coming from the front of the residence. Upon investigating the homeowner observed a black male wearing a leather jacket attempting to open a window, the actor fled on foot prior to police arrival.

DUI ARREST – I-95 in Lower Makefield Township at 2:48AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle and further investigation revealed that the 22 year old male from Ewing, NJ was driving under the influence.

DRUG ARREST – I-95 in Lower Makefield Township at 1:32AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle and further investigation revealed a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. The two male occupants a 20 year old from Rahway, NJ and a 19 year old from Kenvil, NJ were both taken into custody.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Black Rock Rd at 12:03AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle and further investigation revealed that two 17 year old juvenile occupants were in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. Both have been referred to the Youth Aid Panel.

RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1600 block Big Oak Rd reported at 6:54PM. Store security detained three persons for taking merchandise without making payment, no amount given. The three females, two juveniles age 16 and one adult age 36 all from Trenton, NJ were then taken into police custody for processing.

WARRANT ARREST – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at 10:15AM. Police investigated a suspicious person walking on the highway. A records check of the 29 year old male from Trenton, NJ revealed a warrant from both Bucks County, PA and Mercer County, NJ. He was taken into custody and also charged with public drunkenness.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at 1:03PM. Police stopped a vehicle and further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana roaches inside the vehicle. The 31 year old male from Yardley was cited for disorderly conduct.

THEFT – 600 block Teich Dr reported at 3:53PM. Resident reports that a GPS unit valued at $150 was taken from the unlocked vehicle sometime after 9:30AM.

The 28 year old male was charged with the possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an open container of alcohol. RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s Dept Store, reported at 3:24PM. Store security reports that two persons, a male age 29 from Bristol and a female age 33 from Philadelphia were exchanging merchandise for cash. A third 35 year old male from Levittown was charged with a separate incident of altering a government identification card; he was also taken into police custody.

ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 600 block Heacock Rd at McCaffrey’s Supermarket, reported at 12:13PM. Store employees confronted several persons who took merchandise a week prior from the store. They fled before police arrival.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1500 block Wexford Ct reported at 10:13AM. Resident reports that person(s) attempted to open new accounts at a Target in Princeton, NJ. A Macy’s card was used to make a $1,700 purchase at the Macy’s in Quakerbridge, NJ.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF to TOWNSHIP PROPERTY – 1000 River Rd at Macclesfield Park, reported at 4:28PM. Police on patrol observed graffiti on a port-o-potty, both the exterior and the interior, on a cement lighting pole and a storage shed. Also several lights to the snack bar pavilion were broken out. Damage is estimated at about $2,000.00.

400 block Hidden Oaks Dr reported at 7:05AM. Sometime overnight person(s) spray painted the front and garage doors of the residence and also the windows of the vehicle. Another vehicle was also keyed and the damage is estimated at about $5,500.00.

100 block Elm Ave reported at 7:31AM. Sometime Saturday night on 1/22/11 person(s) damaged the mailbox.

DRUG ARREST – River Rd at the Yardley Boat Ramp Access at 11:47PM. Police were investigating a suspicious vehicle and investigation led to the arrest of a male occupant from Ewing, NJ for the possession of drugs.

THEFT – 500 block Heritage Oak Dr reported at 9:40AM. Person(s) entered a vehicle overnight and took a PNC credit card. About 17 transactions totaling $2.065.00 were placed on the card in Bucks County and in New Jersey.

UNDERAGE DRINKING – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 2:19AM. Police on patrol found a vehicle stuck in a ditch. While on scene investigating police observed a bong inside the vehicle and the 18 year old male driver also admitted to having beer in the trunk. The defendant was issued non-traffic citations for the possession of the beer and the bong. Another juvenile male passenger was cited for underage drinking.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 2000 block E. Wellington Rd reported at 8:44PM. Homeowner reports returning home and finding that person(s) entered the residence via a rear window between 6:45PM and 8:40PM. Items were taken from the residence.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1500 block Hayfield Rd reported at 12:50PM. A vehicle was paint-balled sometime during the morning hours.

WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 1:11AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check of the male driver indicated a felony warrant out of LMT. The male was taken into custody for processing and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Investigation and a records check indicated that the 33 year old male from Warminster was wanted on a warrant, he also provided police with false identification. Charges for the false identification to police were filed.

The actor took $350 in cash and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers and carrying a black bag; and was last seen fleeing on foot north on Makefield Rd.

THEFT – 800 block Big Oak Rd at the Exxon Gas Station, reported at 8:15AM. Business owner reports that sometime overnight someone opened the door to the attendant’s booth and took $250 in cash from the register.

FRAUD – 200 block Elm Ave reported at 9:52AM. Complainant reported giving a homeless person his identification, pay stubs and $1,700 to share a residence in Levittown. Now the homeless male cannot be located.

FRAUD – 17000 block Cornerstone Dr reported at 12:48PM. Someone used the victim’s Bank of America credit card and made purchases totaling $3,925.10. Also a Macy’s credit card account was opened using the victim’s name.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 400 block Stony Hill Rd at 4:08PM. While on scene of an investigation police observed that the 18 year old male from Philadelphia was in possession of a small amount of marijuana, he was cited.

FRAUD – 600 block Leslie Ln reported at 1:19PM. Complainant reports accepting a check for $4,800 from an email employer on Craig’s List. The check was deposited into a personal bank account and then different amounts were transferred to several other persons from the personal account. The check turned out to be fraudulent.
